Spring is coming! And you know what? I think for…
I love Chia. It can be so useful, plus it’s super healthy! For me, Chia pudding is the ultimate healthy version of ‘normal’ pudding. I often eat it for breakfast, simply with a bit of cinnamon and topped with fresh fruit. But for this version, I wanted to do something more complex: more ingredients -> more deliciousness! You can eat it as a whole meal, perfect for breakfast or even lunch or dinner 😉
Because of the banana, the pudding is less slimy and more creamy, and it’s also sweeter (not to mention that it tastes like banana pudding!) Because of its sticky, firm texture and because it’s so filling, the amaranth is the perfect energy fuel you need to stop that tummy of yours from growling. (see here to learn more about amaranth) Last but not least, add cinnamon and you’ll feel like it’s already christmas!
