lavender ginger buttercream + on perfectionism
Spring is coming! And you know what? I think for…
I’m currently studying for my last exams before my A Level exams. (Does that sound weird?) With my main classes being biology, french and german, it’s kinda obvious I’m studying biology like most of the time. (Biology exam next week on Friday, I’ll be so glad when it’s over.) And because I don’t like that subject that much (I think it’s super boring), I made food one of the things I can look forward to on a study day. It’s so amazing when you know you’ll be eating some really cool-looking and awesome-tasting food throughout that study session or when it’s over.
Soo I’ve been creating a lot of recipes lately; more will be coming in the next few days. This one is a perfect breakfast solution for people like me who can’t eat oatmeal: instead of oats, I used Quinoa, and added coconut flour to make it taste a bit like coconut pudding or something. Heated in a pot, it gets that really nice mashy consistency I like. The perfect warm-me-up for cold days like these.
