More foooood! Okay, i admit, this dressing isn’t something you can count as a meal. But if you already know what you’ll be eating, this one here will definitely pimp your lunch or dinner or whatever 😉
I made this cashew dressing a while ago. I was planning on posting the recipe in combination with something else, but i really like those pictures so i didn’t want to wait any longer!
Although you could expect it to be quite heavy because of the cashews, it’s actually really light and amazing with salads! Also, the herbs (what makes it so green by the way) make it taste kinda refreshing.
This dressing is pure vegan herby creaminess guys. Go ahead and try it with your next salad, i promise you won’t regret it!
Now that i am looking at those pictures again, I’m actually really surprised that the sun was shining! I think i took those pictures like in march or something, and weather in Germany normally isn’t that nice until may or so haha.

Herby Green Cashew Dressing
Throw it all in a blender and mix until creeaaamy. That’s it. Pour over your favorite salad or anything you like and enjoy!
